Do I need a reservation?
We recommend booking online or by WhatsApp, even for the same day. If there is space, we’ll fit you in.
Can I book only the hydrotherapy circuit?
Yes. One hour of private use for $600 MXN: infrared sauna, sensation pool and steam room with body scrub, with lockers, showers, towels, shampoo and conditioner. You can add a massage or facial.
Is Flora inside a hotel?
No. We are on a quiet street in Tulum Centro. Hotel-spa level, without hotel prices.
What can I do if there’s sargassum on the beach?
The circuit is under a roof: sauna, steam and sensation pool. It’s a good plan for days when the sea isn’t.
Can we come as a couple or a group?
Yes. Book a group appointment on Fresha, or write to us on WhatsApp and we’ll schedule your treatments at the same time.
